Extensive-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC)
Phase 3 Study of Sacituzumab Govitecan vs. Standard of Care topotecan in ES-SCLC
Purpose
To compare sacituzumab govitecan with standard-of-care topotecan in people with previously treated ES-SCLC.
Who can join?
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Have ES-SCLC and radiological disease progression after one prior line of platinum-containing chemotherapy (at least 2 cycles), with or without anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy.
- If previously treated with platinum-based therapy for LS-SCLC, that treatment may count as the prior line if radiological disease progression occurred 30–180 days after the last platinum dose.

Advanced or Metastatic Non-Squamous NSCLC
Phase 2 Study of ABBV-400 plus Pembrolizumab or Standard-of-Care Treatment in Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC
Purpose
To evaluate ABBV-400 with pembrolizumab compared with standard-of-care pembrolizumab plus platinum/pemetrexed in previously untreated advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC.
Who can join?
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Have histologically documented, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC that is locally advanced or metastatic.
- Have no prior systemic therapy for locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Certain prior adjuvant or neoadjuvant treatment may be allowed if completed at least 6 months before study treatment and there was no progression during treatment or within 6 months after completion.

Limited-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer (LS-SCLC)
Phase 3 Study of Trilaciclib vs. Placebo During Concurrent Chemoradiation
Purpose
To evaluate whether trilaciclib can help prevent myelosuppression during concurrent chemoradiation for LS-SCLC.
Who can join?
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Have confirmed LS-SCLC, stage I–III, without distant metastases.
- Are eligible to receive concurrent chemoradiation.
- Have not received cisplatin, carboplatin, etoposide, or trilaciclib for SCLC.

FLT3-ITD-Positive Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) – Maintenance
Phase 2 Study of Quizartinib Maintenance Therapy in FLT3-ITD-Positive AML
Purpose
To compare the FDA-approved quizartinib maintenance dose (30 mg once daily) with a higher investigational dose (60 mg once daily) and further characterize safety and tolerability.
Who can join?
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Are an adult with newly diagnosed FLT3-ITD-positive AML and are in first complete remission (CR1) after induction, with or without consolidation.
- Have not received an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (allo-HSCT).
- Are a candidate for maintenance therapy and have adequate performance status and organ function.
